Quiet luxury is a simple idea. The pleasure is in the material and the make. A cashmere scarf you reach for every winter. A linen tablecloth that usually softens as it is washed. Nobody else needs to know what it cost. You know how it feels.
What we sell
We keep to a short list of materials: cashmere, merino and lambswool; linen; leather and faux leather; marble, brass and ceramic; and soy wax. Every product page names the material and its percentage where the maker states it, along with the size and how to care for it. If a fact isn't on the page, it's because we couldn't confirm it, and we'd rather leave it out than guess. A few pieces are blends or look-alikes at a lower price: a merino blend blanket, a linen-look cushion cover, a faux leather tray. Where that's the case, the product page says so.
A tight range, chosen carefully
We don't list hundreds of near-identical items. We choose a small number in each category that cover the usual needs: a scarf and a pair of socks for winter, a throw for the sofa, linen for the table, a cushion or two, a tray for keys and jewellery, a vase, a candle. Plain colours, so each piece sits quietly beside the others.
Delivery
Delivery within Ireland is free on orders of €120 or more. Below that there is a flat €15 charge, shown in your cart before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered within 7 working days by tracked courier. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves, and you can follow it on Track Your Parcel. Our shipping page has the full detail. You pay by card through Stripe, or by PayPal.
If something is not right
Your rights under Irish and EU consumer law apply in full to everything we sell. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us and we will put it right. No separate warranty is sold. You can also return an unused item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind; you pay the return postage. Who is behind Quiet Luxury Company
Quiet Luxury Company is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We'd rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.
